We use only the minimum number of penetrations required for the specific job. We patch any holes that are not part of the finished installation before we leave. If our installation causes any wall damage beyond the necessary mount holes, we repair it or compensate for the repair cost. Period.

  • Any wall damage caused by our drilling that goes beyond the necessary mount holes

  • Scratches or marks on your wall surface caused by our equipment or materials

  • Drywall chips or cracks caused by incorrect technique — we repair them before leaving

If we are late by more than 15 minutes without calling you in advance, we discount your service by $25 — automatically, no asking required. If we cannot make a scheduled appointment and fail to notify you with adequate advance notice, we reschedule at your convenience and provide a discount on that rescheduled service.

  • We confirm your appointment window the evening before

  • We call or text if we are running more than 10 minutes behind — before we are late

  • If we are late by more than 15 minutes without prior notice: automatic $25 discount
